Submission Procedure

• The full text papers should be submitted in docx format. For the templete, please click here.
• Submission should be made via https://dergipark.org.tr/actamat  (will be available on September 20-November 20, 2019)
• Press "Submit a Manuscript" button on the right ,
• Press "Register" button to create a new account,
• Enter "Login" by using your username and password,
• Follow the instructions after login to submit your manuscript

 Poster Prepration:

Please prepare your poster to fit the dimensions below, it is recommended that the poster is prepared on one sheet of cardboard. Alternatively, presenters may display their material on several smaller sheets. 

The dimensions of the poster should not exceed 70cm wide x 100cm high but does not necessarily have to fill the entire dimension and must be oriented in the "landscape" position.

Allocate the top of the poster for the title and authors as stated on the submitted abstract. 

The text, illustrations, etc should be bold enough to be read from a distance of two meters. 

Double-sided tape and technical equipment will be available for the mounting of posters. Staff will also be available to assist you. 

IMPORTANT NOTES:

• Acceptance/rejection of manuscripts will be decided by the referees of the corresponding journal. 
• All manuscripts (with the correct format) will be sent to Journals for review regardless of the presentation type. i.e. poster and oral presentations have the equal chance to be accepted.
